　　生产运作系统
　　上期提到，生产是输入转化增值地过程，而转化地过程就是在生产运作系统中实现的。生产运作系统是什么？是由人和机器构成能将一定输入转化为特定输出的有机整体。生产运作系统是人的组织、物的配置和资金运筹的协调运作的统一体，同时，因为是由人设计建造的，可以按照需求进行构造和重构，所以对于外界环境的强烈变化能很好地适应。生产运作系统是输入向输出转变的场所，同时，企业最为重要的就是为市场（顾客）提供需要的产品或服务，因此，生产运作系统的输入由输出决定，整个系统为市场服务，并随着市场的变化而变化。
